CONSERVATORY PLANS

A good looking conservatory that suits the style of you house will add excellent value to your property. For all conservatories it is essential that the design and layout works with the property and that may well mean taking out a wall or two so that your conservatory becomes an all-year living space rather than a box on the back of your house that you use for a few months in the summer.

Most conservatories do not require planning permission but they are subject to building control regulations and for that you will need building plans.

To get the most value from a conservatory it is essential that the design  is in keeping with the house and ideally if you can afford it have the design work done by a qualified designer.
