ORANGERY PLANS

Everybody seems to love orangeries. Its such an appealing design and in particular the distinctive roof lantern is what makes them instantly recognisable.

Orangeries tend to be built similar to an extension and are generally subject to the same planning rules as an extension. Whilst you may not require a planning application to build an orangery you will most certainly need building plans to ensure that the build conforms to the current building regulations.

A well designed orangery that works well with the property layout can add 10% to 15% on to the value of your property so it is well worthwhile to have the design work done buy a qualified designer.
